Other Life Forms

Well I just had a visitor in town and it was quite nice to see someone within 10 years of my age. Truly though I really, immensely enjoy the folk around here, but it is always nice to be with someone a bit more relatable.
James arrived Tuesday afternoon just in time to go eat at the most expensive restaurant in town at about 9 dollars a plate! Thai Food. Then an afternoon at the Bannock County Museum was pretty incredible. That includes a stuffed liger cub. Literally, only in Lava.
Woah also speed scrabble was played! This is out families new favorite game. The worst thing about scrabble is how long it takes, right? Thus, everyone is racing against each other. Amazing. Loser had to sleep on the couch.
We also had a cooking extravaganza that included veggie tomato soup, sweet potato fries, and setting off the fire alarm. During the cooking hour James had brought a magnetic dart board that was pretty magical.
James was my farm hand and now knows things have to be clean at Knox Farm!
There was an astounding amount of YouTube hilariousness of cat bloopers, crazy journalists and of course always to remember to hide yo wife, and hide yo kids, cause they're rapin' errbody out there.
A hunt for hot springs was another fun activity. We were looking for the sprigs where a man got boiled to death, alas a lot of walking and testing of water with cold digits yielded no results.
Last but not least, a guitar lesson!!! Woah, woah, I am totally forcing al my kids to play guitar because I think it is the best instrument (just kidding mom).
Overall, you can fit a lot of activity in twenty four hours if you only sleep 4 of them! :) off to go ride now yay!
